Apple Cinnamon Crisps

I currently have way to many apples laying around my kitchen. In an attempt to get rid of some of them I decided to make Apple Crisps. These are a great snack to add to your lunch bag when your going to work or school. They are really easy to make and you only need two ingredients! Thats right just two! Another plus is that your whole house will smell like an apple pie by the end.

Ingredients:
5 Organic Fuji Apple
Organic Cinnamon Powder

Note: Depending on taste you can add some brown sugar or nutmeg to your apples.

Heat your oven to 200 Fahrenheit. While the oven is getting warm slice your apple/apples with a mandoline or if you are really talented try cutting them into thin slices using a knife. Place the apple slices onto a baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon on both sides. Bake for about 30 minutes and then flip them over and bake for another 30 minutes. When you take out the apples they might still be a little flimsy however it will crisp up after a few minutes.
