I am always looking for new delicious appetizers and snacks to serve whenever I have guests over. Nowadays it is hard to make something without somebody having a certain diet or allergic reactions to certain foods. So today I have decided to make several different variations of the classic bruschetta. I find this works well when you are hosting a party. It is extremely easy to make and will be great for people who have a particular diet or are really picky eaters. Today I am going to show you 4 different ways of making bruschetta.

4. Greek Yogurt with Chive Bruschetta Ingredients:

5 slices of Baguette

1 cup Organic 0% Greek Yogurt

Handful of Organic Chives

Organic Sea Salt

Preheat the Oven to 450 degrees. Slice the Baguette or any other bread that you prefer you can also use Whole Wheat Bread into ½ inch slices. Drizzle the Olive Oil over the bread and sprinkle with some salt and garlic powder to taste. Leave in the oven for about 5-6 minutes or until lightly brown. While the bread is toasting in the oven you can start by preparing the different toppings for the bread.

1. Lets start with Tomato Basil Bruschetta. Cut the Tomatoes and basil into bit sized portions and sprinkle with some salt and pepper and mix the ingredients together in a bowl.

2. Next we have the Salmon and Dill Bruschetta, which is very easy to prepare. Just cut the Salmon into thin slices and add some dill for garnish.

3. The Mushroom and Chive Bruschetta will take the longest to prepare. Cut the mushrooms into bit sized portions and fry it in a pan with some olive oil, salt, and pepper until soft, if you want you can also add the mushrooms on the baguette and toast them in the oven with the other baguettes until tender. Add some chives for garnish.

4. The Greek Yogurt with Chive Bruschetta has to be my favorite from all of the above recipes. It is so refreshing and creamy. For this recipe you will need to add the Greek Yogurt, Salt, and Chives to a bowl and mix it together. Depending on your taste you can add more or less salt.

Once the Baguette is done you can top all of them with the different toppings or leave it in the bowl so that guests can help themselves. Either way this is a delicious quick appetizer to make when you are hosting a party that everyone will love!

Enjoy!
