Delicious Goji Berry Smoothie with Chia Seeds

The summer months are finally here which means we can trade in those warm comforting breakfast meals with nice cool refreshing ones, such as this delicious and healthy berry smoothie with Goji berries and Chia seeds. I don’t know about you but after this winter I couldn’t be happier that the weather is warming up. There is something about summer that makes me want to jump up and down for joy! Finally the flowers are in full bloom and the trees are a luscious green.  It is absolutely gorgeous!

Ingredients:

11/2 cups Organic Strawberries

1 cup Organic Raspberry’s

1 cup Organic Blueberries

1 tablespoon Goji Berries

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Note: Depending on how sweet you like it you can add more or less of the ingredients mentioned above or add your own favorite fruits. If it’s still not sweet enough for your liking try adding some Stevia, Agave, or Honey to make it sweeter.
